1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dealep.io services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dealep.io.

2. Description of Services

Dealep provides commercial intelligence, deal assessment, partnership evaluation, vendor analysis, and strategic advisory services. Our services are delivered as described in the applicable engagement proposal or service agreement.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for analysis.
• Use our intelligence reports solely for lawful commercial purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share our reports without written consent.
• Make timely payment for services as agreed.
• Not use our services to facilitate any illegal or unethical commercial activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, analysis templates, and proprietary processes used by Dealep remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dealep.io. Intelligence reports delivered to clients are licensed for internal use only and may not be resold or publicly distributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dealep's intelligence reports are advisory in nature and based on information available at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. Dealep shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the other's proprietary information. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
