Refund Policy

1. Overview
Dealep.io provides professional commercial intelligence services. Due to the nature of these services — which involve significant analyst time, research, and intellectual effort — our refund policy is structured accordingly. We are committed to delivering exceptional value and will work to resolve any service concerns.
2. Pre-Engagement Cancellations
If you cancel an engagement before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@dealep.io within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
3. In-Progress Engagements
Once analytical work has commenced, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis based on work completed at the time of cancellation. Dealep will provide a written breakdown of work completed to support any refund calculation.
4. Delivered Reports
No refunds are issued once a completed intelligence report or deliverable has been delivered to the client. This includes all tiers of engagement from Deal Review to Enterprise Advisory.
5. Quality Disputes
If you believe a delivered report does not meet the agreed scope of work, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will conduct an internal review and, where appropriate, provide supplementary analysis or a partial credit at our discretion.
6. Enterprise Retainers
Enterprise Partnership Advisory retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Prepaid future periods will be refunded in full.
