This Acceptable Use Policy governs how clients and users may use Dealep.io services. Our services exist to support legitimate commercial intelligence and strategic advisory purposes. Any use that falls outside this scope is prohibited.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use our services to:

• Evaluate legitimate vendor, supplier, and partner relationships.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on prospective partnerships.
• Assess and manage risk within your existing commercial portfolio.
• Inform internal strategic and procurement decisions.
• Support executive-level commercial negotiations.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Gather intelligence for anti-competitive, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Conduct analysis on individuals rather than commercial entities.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without consent.
• Circumvent confidentiality obligations to a third party.
• Submit false or misleading information to obtain intelligence.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your engagement, forfeiture of fees paid, and legal action where appropriate. Dealep reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its sole discretion.
